Run by former vet tech, Loreanne Sistrunk Cowan, and co-piloted by the adorable Grizzmo, Urban Ruffneck K9 aims to make their client’s home life less chaotic by training dogs and their humans together.

The Objective
With her tailored and highly effective approach to training dogs, Loreanne is one of the leading dog trainers in the OKC Metro. Yet, despite having impressive credentials under her belt—not to mention a long line of satisfied clients who trust her—her online presence is lacking. Her old website didn’t convert. Her social media accounts and existing scheduling tools rarely bring in any bookings. And at one point, one of them got hacked.
Loreanne wanted to focus on what she does best without worrying about her online presence. Moreover, there’s also the problem with old accounts with tons of content that can still be repurposed. While running social media accounts is exhausting, she also doesn’t want to lose potential clients by neglecting them. Plus, it would be such a waste to keep her training videos hidden!
This is when Loreanne decided to reach out to Nicole.

Finally, Nicole built a new YouTube channel for Urban Ruffneck K9 to serve as a new home for Loreanne’s old TikTok training example videos. This time, however, each video was optimized to reach as many eyes as possible, specifically targeted towards people seeking help from a no-fear behavioral trainer like Loreanne.
Now, Urban Ruffneck K9 has its own bespoke website, complete with all the necessary tools to gather bookings and reach people who needs its services.
